Elder Girls Christmas

This year we were supposed to do Christmas at Gamo's house on Christmas Eve. But the weather outside was frightful, so we did it this past Sunday. Brian had to plow...again, so he couldn't come. We had a nice time anyway, and got to spend some quality time together

Merry Christmas!!

We had quite a Merry Christmas around here this year. We were stuck in the house, with all the ice and snow we got. But it was a nice time to be with just our little family. All the kids got just what they wanted, and I did too, everyone got along all day! :)

Christmas in Storm Lake

This year the Hohensee's decided to spend our time together in Storm Lake, at the King's Point Resort. It has an indoor waterpark. We all enjoyed each others company very much, but we were so busy, I barely got any pictures.

The best spot in the room is always by Grandma and Grandpa.

We got to trick or treat with cousin Ella again this year, and boy did we bring home the goods!!

We took Dylan, Logan, Paige, and Kyla to Center Grove Orchard this fall to have some fun!

Happy Birthday Logan!

Logan turned six this year. We celebrated with his Kindergarten class at Incredible Pizza Company. Everyone had a great time! I'll admit, I needed a nap when it was over. :)

Happy Birthday Kyla!!

We can't hardly believe our little baby girl is already two! It seems like just yesterday that we brought our tiny little baby home.



Kyla did not apreciate us singing "Happy Birthday" to her. She layed her head down and said, "Wee me wone!" Ha!

She got over it when she noticed the cake.

No diving in this time, just fingers in the icing.

At least she shared with Daddy.


She still doesn't quite get the concept of opening gifts, but she did want to see what was inside this one.


Now she can stop using all my minutes calling people by accident on my phone!
