Dylan and I went to the lake, by ourselves, on Memorial Day. For about an hour and a half, Dylan couldn't stop reelin' em in!! He caught a total of six bass and one sunfish!!
This is the bigest one he caught!!
He bet me five bucks that he would catch the first fish...which he did. Then he bet me another dollar that he would catch the second too...which he did. I only caught two fish, that he called "pueny"...which they were. Then he made me tell him, everytime he caught one, "Dylan, you are the best fisherman in the family"...which I did, seven consecutive times... We had a blast!! He says he can't wait to take on Grandpa! Ha!

Look Out There's Two Now!!

Dylan was so excited to get his 4-wheeler! A BIG thanks to Uncle Charlie for taking the time to come over and start it up!!
Dylan and Logan just love to follow each other around in the yard on their 4-wheelers!

Congrats Lil Sis!!!

The youngest of the Elder girls graduated from high school on May 20th. Way to Go Amelia!!
Here she is receiving her diploma, and as usual I am too far away to get a good picture.
Each of the seven graduates presented their parents with a blue rose, and a heart felt hug to go along with.
I just had to put this one in!! Here is my little sister, in my shoes (as usual, I was wondering where those went). She painted her toe nails black for the occasion!! HA!

Dylan the Entertainer!

Dylan had his school concert on May 8th. There he is in the circle ;)
Here he is putting down his recorder. They all sounded very professional...
Dylan led his group in this little dance number, but of course I was too far away to get a really good shot. It was fun to watch him, he was sooo into it compared to other kids!

Titus!

While we were in Louisianna, we went to the comedy club, where we saw this guy. You may remember his show on Fox a few years ago. He was pretty funny!

My Real Friends Call Me Grace...

Last weekend Brian and I traveled to Louisianna, so I could be in my friend Chavonne's wedding. Wouldn't you know I fell and broke my foot as soon as we got there! Here's me being pushed down the aisle in a wheel chair!
Here's the wedding party, with me on the side standing on one foot. I can't get any closer. But the bride and groom look wonderful!
And of course, as soon as I got home and recieved good medical attention, and a very ugly "walking boot" I just had to spruce it up!
Isn't it just lovely now?!
